Not every vintage seller had a smooth 2025. Between platform shifts, tariff uncertainty and the general unpredictability of running a small independent business, last year asked a lot of you, and not always in proportion to what it gave back.
That's where this member deep dive conversation started.
We worked through what 2025 looked like for sellers in the room: the wins, the time sinks that ate up the year and the workflow elements sellers are ready to leave behind.

The 80/20 question came up early. Where did results come from, and how can sellers keep building on that this year? What was the effort that didn't earn the time spent? Spending more energy locally was a common desire among members.
From there, we mapped out what 2026 goals look like in practice, starting with what needs to happen by the end of Q1 to stay on track.
