Workshop replay: Etsy AMA for vintage sellers

Progress

Hard-won lessons, smart strategies and honest answers from a long-time Etsy seller who’s been through it all

Etsy: It’s a beast, but when you can make it work for you...it really works.

‍

In this AMA-style workshop, we were joined by long-time Etsy user and Vintage Sellers Community member Ash, founder of Lemon’s Loot.

‍

Ash has been on the platform since 2009 and made their first sale back in 2011 — but it was only in recent years that they got serious about building a sustainable vintage business.

‍

Since shifting focus to vintage in 2021, Ash has turned Lemon’s Loot into a five-figure Etsy shop with over 4,000 total sales.

‍

From handmade jewellery to vintage homeware, clothing, oddities and ephemera, Ash has seen how Etsy works across multiple niches — and how to evolve when the platform changes the rules.

    ‍
  • Systems and routines Ash uses to stay consistent
    ‍
  • And plenty of personal insights from someone who’s been there
