Real-time merchandising feedback from two pros with a combined 40-plus years of experience

Need a fresh set of eyes on your shop or booth setup?

In this live session, The Retail Duo — Karen Kritzer and Diane Spiridoulias — returned to the Vintage Sellers Community for a hands-on review of our members’ merchandising.

Karen and Diane are the co-founders of The Retail Duo, a merchandising, styling and branding consultancy with clients across North America. Both are instructors in the Visual Merchandising Arts program at Sheridan College and have worked with national brands, business associations and indie retailers alike.

Their goal? Helping you present your products and brand in a way that connects, converts and stands out.

In this session, Karen and Diane brought their 40-plus years of combined experience in retail styling, store design and visual merchandising to give direct, real-time feedback to sellers who submitted their booths, shop displays and online setups for review.

This was a special opportunity to learn:

  • What works (and what doesn’t!) when it comes to vendor booth flow and display
  • How to make your merchandising more intuitive and buyer-friendly
  • Small changes that can make a big impact
  • How to tailor your displays for in-person vs. online shopping
  • Their pro tips for holiday prep, on a budget

From market booths to online listings and studio setups, no space was too big or small, and the feedback was relevant for all kinds of resellers.
