Workshop: Get your legal questions answered Oct. 20 with Trademarks & Startup Law for Resellers

Branding lawyer, trademark agent and founder of Froese Law, Ashlee Froese, joins the Vintage Sellers Community Oct. 20 to share legal considerations for your vintage shop

How can you protect yourself against trademark infringement claims? Do you need to incorporate your shop when you're a sole proprietor? What liabilities do you have when it comes to using images on social media?

Ashlee Froese, founder of Froese Law, is joining the Vintage Sellers Community to answer all your legal questions! She’ll be speaking to members on Oct. 20 (rescheduled from Sept. 21).

Ashlee is a branding lawyer with over 17 years' experience. She is recognized by the Law Society of Ontario as a Certified Specialist in Trademarks Law; one of six female lawyers in the province to carry that designation.

Since 2017, Ashlee is consistently listed in the World Trademark Review as one of the top 1,000 trademark lawyers in the world. In 2019, she was one of 39 lawyers across Canada to be granted the Lexpert Zenith Award, which recognizes her as a change maker in law.

Prior to launching Froese Law, Ashlee was a partner on Bay Street. She fast tracked to partnership within six years.
